Projects
Create, organize, and manage your page generation projects.
Projects help you organize your TypenDrop work. Each generation is saved within a project, so you can revisit, continue, and manage your pages over time.
Creating a Project
Projects are created automatically when you start a new generation. You can also:
- Click the + New Project button in the left sidebar or History tab
- Give your project a descriptive name (up to 100 characters)
- Start generating pages within the project
Managing Projects
Viewing Projects
Open the History tab in the center of the dashboard to see all your projects. Each project shows:
- Project name
- Creation date and time
- Generation mode used (One-Shot or Architect)
- Widget set selection
Renaming a Project
- In the History tab, find the project you want to rename
- Click the rename icon next to the project name
- Type the new name
- Press Enter to save or Escape to cancel
Deleting a Project
- In the History tab, find the project you want to delete
- Click the delete icon
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Deleted projects and their generation history cannot be recovered.
Switching Projects
Click any project in the History tab or left sidebar to load it. The dashboard will switch to show that project's conversation history and results.
Prompt Templates
Save frequently-used prompts as templates for quick reuse.
Built-in Templates
TypenDrop includes default templates to get you started:
- Landing Page — A general landing page prompt
- Dashboard — An admin dashboard layout prompt
- Blog — A blog page layout prompt
Saving Custom Templates
- Write a prompt you'd like to reuse
- Click the Save as Template option
- Give the template a name
- Your template appears in the left sidebar under Templates
Using Templates
- Open the left sidebar
- Find your template under Templates
- Click it to load the prompt into the input field
- Modify as needed and generate
Deleting Templates
Click the delete icon next to any saved template to remove it. Built-in default templates cannot be deleted.
