Publishing Pages

Send AI-generated Elementor pages directly to your WordPress site.

Once you've connected your WordPress site, you can publish generated pages directly from TypenDrop without manual copy-pasting.

How to Publish

  1. Generate a page using One-Shot or Architect mode
  2. When the result appears, look for the Upload to WordPress option
  3. Enter a page title for your new WordPress page
  4. Choose whether to publish as a Draft or Published page
  5. Click Upload to send the page to your WordPress site

The page will appear in your WordPress admin under Pages, ready for editing with Elementor.

Draft vs. Published

  • Draft — The page is saved but not visible to visitors. You can open it in Elementor to review and customize before publishing. This is the recommended option.
  • Published — The page goes live immediately. Use this only when you're confident the generated layout is ready.

After Publishing

Once uploaded:

  1. Go to your WordPress admin dashboard
  2. Navigate to Pages
  3. Find the page by the title you entered
  4. Click Edit with Elementor to review and customize
  5. Make any final adjustments and update

Selecting a Site (Max Plan)

If you have multiple WordPress sites connected:

  1. Use the site selector that appears before publishing
  2. Choose which site should receive the page
  3. The page will be created on the selected site

Troubleshooting

"Upload failed" error:

  • Verify your WordPress connection is still active (test it again in settings)
  • Check that your application password hasn't been revoked
  • Ensure your WordPress user account has permission to create pages

Page appears but Elementor layout is missing:

  • Make sure Elementor is installed and activated on your WordPress site
  • Try editing the page with Elementor — the layout should load when you enter the Elementor editor

Formatting looks different than expected:

  • Generated styles depend on your WordPress theme — some themes override Elementor styles
  • You may need to adjust spacing or colors slightly in Elementor to match your theme
