Exceptions

  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us for a refund:

Annual Plans

If you've purchased an annual subscription:

  • 7-Day Guarantee Applies: The same 7-day money-back guarantee applies to annual plans. You'll receive a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • After 7 Days: No partial refunds are available for annual plans after the 7-day window. Your access will continue until the end of your annual billing period.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel to prevent automatic renewal. Your access continues until the annual period ends.

Free Credits

Free credits provided as part of the free tier or promotional offers:

  • Have no cash value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Cannot be refunded or exchanged for money
  • May expire as specified in the promotion terms
